International Order Service

We at Maruyama Coffee are able to deliver coffee internationally. Enjoy a cup of our selected specialty coffee no matter where you are !

How to place an order from outside of Japan :
1) Read our terms and conditions carefully.
2) Check our latest coffee line-ups on the ” COFFEE LINE UP ” page.
3) Click “International Order ” and fill out the form.

Note :

– Currently, only roasted coffees (whole beans) are available for international orders.
– We renew our coffee line-ups on the 1st and 15th of every month.

– Delivery method for international orders will be EMS (Express Mail Service provided by Japan Post Co.,Ltd).
– We only accept payment by credit card in Japanese yen (JPY).
– For all international orders, 1,000 JPY of the handling charge will be added per each order.
– Customers shall handle all the necessary procedures for the import of the ordered items (roasted coffee processed in Nagano Prefecture, Japan) under the applicable laws and regulations at their own cost and responsibility. We may cancel your order when EMS cannot accept shipping the ordered items to your destination, or we judge that such shipping is against applicable laws.
– Feel free to ask us if you have any requests (gift wrapping, delivery to a hotel in Japan etc.)
