Notice of the International Delivery Delays due to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

Japan Post Office has announced that there are unavoidable impacts on their delivery services due to the spared of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus). As all international shipments from Maruyama Coffee are arranged via EMS, there are possibilities of delays in the delivery designed following areas :

Hong Kong : Continue to accept inbound shipments but considerable delays or suspension are expected

South Korea : Continue to accept inbound shipments but considerable delays or suspension are expected

Macao : Continue to accept inbound shipments but considerable delays or suspension are expected

Mongolia : Temporarily suspended

Considering the recent situation, we temporarily stop processing orders from Hong Kong / Macao / Mongolia.

The situation may change, so we will keep you updated as revised information is received.
