Notice of Reopening Delivery to the USA


Dear our valued customers in the USA


We have temporarily stopped processing orders from the USA due to EMS (Express Mail Service), which we use for all international deliveries, had been closed because of the unavoidable impact of the pandemic. However, the Japan post office has just informed that EMS from Japan to the USA is reopening. Considering the availability of EMS is still uncertain in some areas, we now accept orders from the USA with your agreement on the following in addition to our INTERNATIONA ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS.


– We at Maruyama Coffee do not take any responsibility for postal delays nor customs delivery delays.
– We at Maruyama Coffee will not provide refunds if the ordered items cannot be delivered to customers.
– We at Maruyama Coffee will not provide refunds or accept returns if the ordered items cannot be delivered before the Best-Before date.
– We at Maruyama Coffee will not accept any claims after the order is placed.


Please note:
– The shipping method is EMS (Express Mail Service) operated by Japan Post only.
– The ship-out day will be Wednesday only.

– The best-before date of our roasted coffee is within 90 days from its ship-out date.
